Conditions and return policy

  1. Prices on our website may be different than in store prices.
  2. We reserve the right to open packages due to inspection.
  3. We have the right to refuse any orders.
  4. Website transaction can be done using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and are processed by PayPal.
  5. Note that you don’t need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.
  6. Full payment needed to complete an order.
  7. We will process the order upon confirmation of payment by PayPal.


Return Policy

  1. If you’re not happy with your purchase you have a 7 day exchange policy only.
  2. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  3. Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. Returns items must include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and a copy of the purchase receipt.
  4. After 7 days exchanges will be refused.
  5. All returns are subject to inspection for abuse and wear, if any, additional charges may apply.
  6. The client will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
  7. Any items without a return authorization number will be refused to clients expense.
  8. You will obtain a return authorization number only if you have the original packaging, manuals, cables, warranty cards all that was included in the box.



  1. We ship with all major carriers. Deliveries can take up to 10 business days.
  2. All products shipped are insured up to $100.00 if you would like more insurance there will be a surcharge. Damage or loss caused by shipment will be customers responsibility.
  3. Duties and brokerage fees (if any apply) will be the responsibility of the customer.



  1. Products received must be inspected in front of carrier.
  2. For any damage you must notify us within 24 hours.
  3. For any defective product contact us and will guide you and give you the procedures.
  4. Shipping cost for any damage or warranty purposes will be the customers responsibility.
  5. All products with warranty are the manufacturers responsibility.
