Conditions and return policy
- Prices on our website may be different than in store prices.
- We reserve the right to open packages due to inspection.
- We have the right to refuse any orders.
- Website transaction can be done using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and are processed by PayPal.
- Note that you don’t need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.
- Full payment needed to complete an order.
- We will process the order upon confirmation of payment by PayPal.
- If you’re not happy with your purchase you have a 7 day exchange policy only.
- All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. Returns items must include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and a copy of the purchase receipt.
- After 7 days exchanges will be refused.
- All returns are subject to inspection for abuse and wear, if any, additional charges may apply.
- The client will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
- Any items without a return authorization number will be refused to clients expense.
- You will obtain a return authorization number only if you have the original packaging, manuals, cables, warranty cards all that was included in the box.
- We ship with all major carriers. Deliveries can take up to 10 business days.
- All products shipped are insured up to $100.00 if you would like more insurance there will be a surcharge. Damage or loss caused by shipment will be customers responsibility.
- Duties and brokerage fees (if any apply) will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Products received must be inspected in front of carrier.
- For any damage you must notify us within 24 hours.
- For any defective product contact us and will guide you and give you the procedures.
- Shipping cost for any damage or warranty purposes will be the customers responsibility.
- All products with warranty are the manufacturers responsibility.
